CONGRATULATIONS to the Central York Panthers U18A - Blue team on winning the Mississauga Winter Classic Tournament this past weekend!!!The Panthers U18A team fought hard over the course of the Nov 25th-27th tournament, effort and chemistry advancements helping to differentiate our team results throughout the round robin with a 2-0-2 record getting the second seed (tied for 1st, second on goal diff by small margin) over the competition this past weekend.
Congratulations to the U18A Blue team with a complete game final, winning 2 - 1 in a shootout! The team's tenacity, effort and will made the difference in our success, beating a very sound host Mississauga Hurricanes team.
Also a big shout out to our staff as well that did a fantastic job in supporting, guiding and motivating our team, with lots of challenges presented to us to get our team across the finish line!!!
A great early season accomplishment to continue to build from!!!
