The Central York Panthers would like to congratulate our 2025-26 Jr Panther Keira Johnson on her commitment to play NCAA Division 1 women's hockey for the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Engineers. Keira is an outstanding student-athlete that is making a major impact with our Panthers High Performance (PHP) program. Keira is in her third season with the Jr Panthers and has been a huge reason for the success of the Jr Panthers over the past 3 years. Missing 2 players to start the tournament, we lost our first game. For the 2nd game, we were still down one player, but we managed to tie 1-1. Come Saturday, we finally had a full squad leading into our final round robin game where we got our first win of the tournament. Ending up in 3rd place in the round robin, we entered into the semi finals on Sunday morning. The girls were pumped and hungry which translated to their on-ice performance with a big 4-0 win.
