    Pam is entering her second season coaching with the CYGHA.  She was born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario which is arguably the hockey hub of Northwestern Ontario. She spent most of her childhood following her dad around to arenas to watch him play and coach.  

    Pam started playing organized hockey as an adult and was a member of the Senior A Panthers when she moved to York Region.  She also began her hockey coaching career at the same time at the high school level as an assistant coach for the girls' team at Huron Heights Secondary School.

    Pam is coming to CYGHA from EGMHA where she has been the head coach for the Tyke Select, Novice A and Minor Atom A boys' rep teams for the 2010 players. She has been impressed with how these players have developed over the years with the support of her leadership and coaching staff. 

    Pam's goals this season with the U9 (Novice) A team are to build on the players' strengths in hockey, support the development of the players as well as the person while grounding their learning in FUNdamentals. Alongside the hockey, it is important for the players to be good teammates and build lifelong friendships in sport while making sure they learn to love the sport of hockey as much as she does.

    Pam is excited and grateful to be a part of an organization where she has built long lasting friendships and continues to play hockey tournaments with her Panther crew. She is also looking forward to meeting and learning with and from her players, coaching staff and families this upcoming season.
