U18AA Spread Holiday Cheer
Well...2020 has proven to have many challenges and disappointments but our girls have proven to be resilient and continue to work together to support youth in our community...Please read about our Holiday Initiatives for 360Kids and Hope.
For the holidays this year our team decided to continue to support 360Kids (homeless youth) and the Hope charity (girls rescued from Human Trafficking) as we did last year.
Today the team congregated and started their day with a Team Hike on the Tom Taylor Trail and then met to organize the donations. In total they collected $390 in small denomination gift cards for 360Kids and also put together 6 Christmas gift bags for the girls at “Hope” so that they could decorate their rooms to make them feel comfortable and bring them some joy during the holidays!
We are very proud of our girls and feel they are proving to be wonderful role models for our younger Panther teams!!
