We are excited to invite you to our Panther Spirit Day on November 3, 2024 at the Stronach Aurora Recreation Complex! This is a fantastic opportunity for our community to come together, celebrate our team spirit, and enjoy a day filled with fun activities in celebration of Girls World Hockey Weekend.

(October 10, 2024 Aurora, Ontario) – The Central York Girls Hockey Association are pleased to announce that their 2024-25 Jr Panther Izzy Whynot has committed to play NCAA Division 1 Women’s Hockey for the Harvard University Crimson in Boston, Massachusetts for the 2025-26 season.

CONGRATULATIONS to the U15B Panthers!! What an incredible weekend at the #NiagaraRapidsFallClassic! The girls gave it their all and played their hearts out, making it to the finals. While we came up short, the coaches, parents, and families couldn’t be prouder of their effort. Big congrats to our northern friends @ggha_u15b for a hard-fought battle! The Central York Panthers would like to congratulate all of our Panthers that were a part of the Ontario Summer Games last week.

The Central York Panthers are thrilled to announce that the following Panthers have been selected to represent the OWHA U16 High Performance program in the prestigious Ontario Summer Games, from Aug 1-Aug 4. Annabella Van Berkel, Abby Brumwell, Elle DeSilva, and Ellie Lewington are very excited to carry the Panthers colours during the 4 day tournament.

July 27, 2024 Aurora, Ontario – The Central York Panthers would like to congratulate all of our Jr Panthers that were a part of the OWHA U18 Nationals Summer Selection Camp last week. These players were part of a grueling 4 day camp that started them off by 8am each day and concluded at 9pm each night. Cheyenne Degeer, Zoe Li, Clara Williams, Samantha Whittle, and Izzy Whynot were all involved in the main camp that saw 80 players come together to compete for a spot on either Team Ontario Blue or Team Ontario Red at the upcoming U18 Nationals in November.
