U15DS Panthers brought home the Championship in dominant fashion, undefeated and closing out the tournament with three shutouts. From the first puck drop to the final buzzer, every line battled, the defense locked it down, and the goaltending was rock solid.

Ready, Set Skate The Toronto Sceptres, Bauer Hockey, and the Central York Panthers are teaming up to introduce girls (ages 5-10) to the game we love! The PWHL’s “Ready, Set, Skate" program is designed to give beginners an unforgettable first hockey experience—full of fun, learning, and excitement. This 8-week program will help young players build confidence and skills alongside their hometown pro team, the Toronto Sceptres! 🏒 Rep Coaching Applications for 2026-2027 Season. The Central York Panthers are accepting rep Head Coach applications for the upcoming 2026-2027 season. We are seeking individuals who are passionate, dedicated, and committed to developing players and themselves. Interested candidates are invited to submit their applications, including coaching experience and qualifications, as soon as possible.

The Panthers are happy to announce Christine Bailkowski as the U13AA coach for the 2026-2027 season. Christine has a long history with the Panthers, both as a player and a coach.

The Panthers are thrilled to announce Christine Dafoe as the 2026-2027 U18AA coach. Christine is currently the head coach for the U18A Red team and is an associate coach for the U18AA team. This year she was also named to Team Ontario Red coaching staff for the Women's National Championships

Congratulations to our U11AA Panthers on winning gold at the 2025 Barrie Shark Fest Tournament! The team competed in six consecutive games and delivered outstanding performances throughout, capped off by three hard-fought elimination wins. Congratulations to our U11BB Panthers on an outstanding 2nd-place finish in Peterborough this weekend. Over five tough games, this group battled from start to finish and showed incredible determination, effort, sportsmanship and teamwork.  Every player contributed, and the pride they showed on and off the ice was special to watch. The commitment to improve within this team continues to stand out, and now they’ve earned some well deserved hardware to prove it.  These young and emerging Panthers represented our CYGHA program well and have come home with a well-earned silver medal!

The Panther High Performance Program is pleased to confirm that David Heath will again coach the U15AA team for the 2026-2027 season. In 2024-2025 David's U15AA finished first in their loop and was ranked among the top 10 teams in Ontario. So far in 2025-2026 the team is building on last season's success and is again first in their loop and ranked in the top 10 teams in the province.
