Nicholas Weedon

Father and husband to a family of five: Ashley (wife) and children Abigail (10), Bennett (8), and Lincoln (5). Four of the five members of our family play hockey.
I grew up in Aurora playing within the Aurora Minor Hockey Association and the Aurora Youth Soccer Club.
I have coached both boys and girls at varying of levels, including as high as AAA, for the past 15 years. Most recently I was an assistant coach for the CYGHA U11A team and a coach for the U12 St. Andrew’s College team.
I was introduced to coaching as a non-parent and fell in love with being involved in the sport as a coach/mentor. My approach to coaching is to push players to be competitive and enjoy the game so they will continue playing well past their minor hockey days.
