Camp Details
3 Hours of On-Ice Instruction Each Day
1.5 hrs hockey skating
1.5 hrs puck handling, individual skills and tactics and small-area games
*agility *quick starts *change of direction
*driving to the net *transition skating *puck control
*precision passing *shooting *game concepts
Additional Activities
1 hour/day dryland and fitness
30 min/day dryland shooting and stickhandling clinics
Recreational swimming Monday/Wednesday/Friday
Team building/cooperative games Tuesday/Thursday
Camp supervised and run by The Junior Panthers and CYGHA Directors.
