This registration page is for:
- Panther Cubs
- U9 and U11 players, including those wishing to play REP (see note below)
- U13 - U15
- U18 - new for the 22-23 season, U18 teams will play one game per week and one practice per month
PLEASE NOTE: Try outs for U9 and U11 Rep teams will take place in September. A separate Try out Registration will take place for those players wishing to tryout for a Rep team. Any players selected to a Rep team will have their registration fees applied to that team’s seasonal budget.

New to the CYGHA?
If you are new to the CYGHA you must first create an account in RAMP, our registration system. This is the first step in setting up your family with all the required information for participation in the 21-22 season. The link is at the bottom of this page.
If your family has participated with another organization that uses the RAMP registration system, you may already have an active account.
RETURNING CYGHA MEMBERS and THOSE WITH A NEWLY CREATED ACCOUNT
Once your logged into your account:
- Select PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION OR AVAILABLE PARTICIPANT PACKAGES
- Select SEASON - 2022-23 - ***very important***
- Select a FAMILY MEMBER TO REGISTER or ADD A NEW FAMILY MEMBER
**PLEASE MAKE SURE TO UPDATE ALL CONTACT INFORMATION**
- complete all Participant Info - HCRID (Hockey Canada Registration) ID is not needed
- Choose a Division
- UNDER 7 (U7) - Panther Cubs - FUNdamentals (2016, 17, 18)
- UNDER 8 (U8) - (2015)
- UNDER 9 (U9) - (2014)
- UNDER 11 (U11) - (2012-13)
- UNDER 13 (U13) - (2010-11)
- UNDER 15 - (U15) - (2008-09)

- Waivers
- All waivers (Registration, Code of Conduct, Photo Release and Rowan's Law) MUST BE SIGNED BY THE PARTICIPANT
- Parent/Guardian signature is required, at the bottom of the page, once the Participant,has signed all waivers.
- Enter Parent/Guardian/Emergency Contact information

- PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL CONTACT INFORMATION IS UP TO DATE
