CYGHA TRAINER RESOURCES

In order to sign up for any clinics, you must FIRST activate your HCR 3.0 account as HCR 2.0 is no longer active.

You must follow the instructions via the link below to set up your account and link your profile.

All Trainers must have:

Trainer Certification: CYGHA reimburses 100% of certification - send receipt to the office

Trainer certification is an online course. It is valid for 3 years at which time the trainer must Re-Certify.

Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) - CYGHA reimburses 100% - send receipt to the office

The VSS is valid for 3 years, however, the volunteer must sign a Criminal Offence Declaration (see below) in years 2 and 3. Year 4 requires an new VSS.

Please use the link below to apply for your VSS. When picking up your VSS, you must provide a letter from the CYGHA verifying your volunteer position. Please contact your Team Manager for the letter. If there is no Team Manager, please contact the office ([email protected])
