Refund Policy
We recognize that sometimes plans change and you must withdraw your child from camp. Cancellations and reductions in registrations must be made in writing and are subject to the following:
Any player/family that decides to remove themself from the Panther Camp Program on or before June 6th 2025 will be given a full refund of $475 per session.
Any player/family that decides to remove themself from the Panther Camp Program on or before July 4th 2025 will be given a partial refund of $325 per session.
Any player/family that decides to remove themself from the Panther Camp Program on or before August 1st 2025 will be given a partial refund of $230 per session.
Cancellations on or after August 2nd, 2025 will result in complete forfeiture of camp fees (all payments are non-refundable and non transferable). No refund, reduction of fees or credit will be granted for late arrival, early departure, withdrawal, or dismissal.
