OWHA U16 Ontario Summer Games Announcement
Submitted By Steve Dempsey on Sat 08 13, 22
The Central York Panthers would like to congratulate our 2022-23 Panthers Izzy Whynot, Rhaea Flint, Ella Newman-Mixon, Avery Johnston, Amy Clements, Breanne Hurley, and Allie Dinsmore who were all selected to participate in the prestigious Ontario Summer Games.

The players put on an amazing show of skill, determination, speed, and sportsmanship.  Alongside these Panthers were an additional group of Panthers in coaching and managerial roles. Christine Dafoe(CYGHA U18BB) and Alexa Giantsopoulos(CYGHA U13A) were part of the elite coaching compiled for this provincial event, while Tammy McKnight and Kaitlyn McKnight were also part of this event as managers.

All in all we had 11 Panthers representing our organization. A special shout out goes to Izzy Whynot (Silver Medal), Ella Newman-Mixon, Rhaea Flint, Alexa Giantsopoulos, and Kaitlyn McKnight (Bronze Medalists). We are so proud of how well these Panthers represented our association at the Ontario Summer Games. Way to go Panthers!!
