JP is an HP1 certified coach that has worked with a variety of teams in the last decade at levels, both as a parent and non-parent coach.
Emphasizing player development, both physical and mental, he is keen to develop confidence in both hockey and life skills.
He looks for players that commit to learning and improving, exhibit effort and focus and place a high value on team and team play.
JP has also coached rugby for the Aurora Barbarians and professionally, is a software executive currently running his own consulting business.
