Please read below completely before attempting the registration
NCCP NUMBER - will be needed for registration

In order to complete the registration you must:
1) Make sure you fulfill all requirements for the position and have been confirmed as a staff member by the team's head coach. Click on the link below for list of requirements by position:

2) Have the following documents ready to upload into your registration profile.
a) Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) - If your current VSS is stored at the CYGHA office, contact the administrator ([email protected]). A scanned copy will be emailed to you. OR apply for a new one at https://www.yrp.ca/en/services/Record-Checks.asp?_mid_=437
b) Criminal Offence Declaration (COD) - upload this document - The VSS is valid for 3 years. In years 2 and 3 the volunteer must also sign a Criminal Offence Declaration

c) Trainers Certification (Trainers only)You will need to enter the date of certification
